High Success Hunts
These are high success Brown bear hunts with a great outfitter and at an extremely reasonable price. They take place in the coastal regions of southwestern Alaska, where these is a very high population of Brown bears. This isn’t the Alaskan Peninsula, so the bears here aren’t huge, but they are a respectable 7.5 - 9 foot size and there are lots of them.

He has accumulated over 13,000 hours flying time in bush planes and has a sterling reputation for being a safe and highly competent pilot. Both spring and fall hunts are offered, with the spring hunts being conducted via snowmobile from their main lodge and the fall hunts are float trips on one of the many rivers in the area.
The fall float hunts also provide excellent opportunities to combine some fishing with the bear hunting. Comfortable camps and all meals, along with highly skilled guides are provided on all hunts. $16,500 for 1x1 hunts for 11 days, with 9 full hunting days.
April 25 – May 5 and May 5-15 for spring hunts; August 9-19 and August 19-29 for the fall hunts.

Fly into Aniak, Alaska (via Anchorage) and take the air charter to base camp for $500.
The outfitter is a license vendor, so licenses and tags can be purchased in camp.
